Making Room for Mindfulness
Moving your practice from these online sessions to your everyday life can be challenging and you may find yourself having lots of different reactions to the home practice. The first thing we’d like to tell you is that you are not alone. This is actually one of those aspects of the program that sometimes requires a little extra troubleshooting.

To support your efforts, we thought it would be helpful to discuss some of the common obstacles that can come up. We will look at one in each session and also hear from the online participants about how they dealt with them.
